This Indenture made and entered into on this the 11th day of
February AD 1882 Witnesseth that Sam Hathcock in Consideration
of the sum of One hundred and Sixty Two 50/100 dollars al-
ready advanced by and now due to John B. Dell by him
the said Sam Hathcock the receipt is hereby ac-
knowledged and for the further Consideration of One
dollar in hand paid by these presents doth grant bar-
gain Sell and convey unto the said John B. Dell and
their heirs and assigns all the right title interest and
claim of Sam Hathcock the said Sam Hathcock his
heirs executors and administrators of in and to all the
Crops of whatsoever species kind or description now growing
or which may hereafter at any time in the future be planted
grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit on or
off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida until
the debt hereby Secured with interest is fully paid Also the
following described property to wit: one horse Called
John about 8 years old To have and to hold all and
Singular the crops lands and personal property above
bargained and sold unto the said John B. Dell his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever; Pro-
vided nevertheless that if the said Sam Hathcock Shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said John
B. Dell the full amount of the advances heretofore made
and hereafter to be made with their Charges for Commis-
sions and interest on the Same then this obligation to be
void else to remain in full force and virtue.
And it is hereby further agreed that all amounts heretofore
and hereafter advanced are due and payable upon de
livery of the goods therefor and shall bear interest accor-
dingly, and that this instrument may be enforced at any
time at the option of the said John B. Dell and it is here-
by further agreed that should it become necessary to
enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said
Sam Hathcock will pay therefor all reasonable attorneys
fees and charges. In Witness Whereof I hereunto set my
hand and affix my seal the day and year above written
