and the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said William
G. Fischer aforesaid his heirs and assigns all the following
described piece parcel or tract of land to wit the south
half of the following described lot piece or parcel of
land to wit: commencing at the north east corner of section
Fifteen (15) Township Ten (10) Range Ninteen (19)
S&E and running ninteen chains and seventy five links
to a stake thence south along the reserved road
fifty six chines and twenty five links to a stake the
point of beginning - Thence South ninteen chains and
sixty links to a stake on the boundary line of Orange
City thence south sixty degrees west one chain and
two links to a stake thence west nine chains and forty
five links to a stake at the south east corner of Chas
P. Perrys lot thence north Twenty chains to a stake on
Morris De Porters south line and thence East Ten Chains
to the point of beginning and containing Twenty acres
Ten acres being the amount of land hereby conveyed
also all and singular the nursery stock of orange
Trees now planted and growing on said above
described ten acres of land there being by estimation
Twenty thousand orange Trees in said nursery
Together with all and singular the tenements here-
ditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging To have
and to hold the same unto the said William G. Fischer
aforesaid in fee simple absolute forever Provided however
and these presents are upon this express consideration
that if the said Mary B. Waples and Edgar C. Waples Wife
& Husband their heirs or assigns shall well and truly
pay or cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted
to be paid by said note together with the interest to
accrue thereon according to the legal tenor whereof
then this obligation shall become null and void Else
to remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby
further agreed and stipulated that the said Mary
B. Waples and Edgar C. Waples wife and husband will pay
all expenses costs and attorneys fees which the said
William G. Fischer aforesaid may be put to in
enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure
or otherwise In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and affixed our seals on this first
day of February AD 1883.       }
