Mrs Mary B. Waples wife of Edgar C. Waples the grantor in the
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said conveyance for the purposes of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of separate
estate in and to the land in said conveyance desc-
ribed and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of separate estate was done and made by her voluntar
ily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

Rebecca Pierce Husband and wife are justly indebted
to G.D. Younglove & Son in the sum of one Hundred
and Twenty nine & 50/100 Dollars which said sum of
money is covenanted to be paid by our certain
promissory note bearing even date herewith one
for the sum of one hundred and twenty nine & 50/100
dollars payable seven months after date with int-
erest from date at one per cent per month and
whereas we are desirous of fully and better securing
