the payment of said note and the sum of money
mentioned therein Therefore know all men by these presents
that we Jacob Pierce and Rebeca Pierce for and in con
sideration of the premises and the sum of one dollar to
us in hand paid have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son his
heirs and assigns all the following described piece
parcel or tract of land to wit: From a stake on the
section line placed at 20.00 chains south of the north
west corner of section 29 East fifteen chains (15.00) to
a stake a place of beginning thence North fifteen
degrees west fourteen chains and fifty nine 14.59 links
to a stake No 2 on the bank of Hogtown Creek
Return to place of beginning east five chains and
seventy five (15.75) links to stake No 3, thence North
to stake No4 on the bank of Hogtown creek Twelve
chains and fifty links thence along the bank of the
creek westwards to stake No 2 Eleven (11) chains more
or less All in the North half of the north west quarter
of section 29 Tp 9 S R.20.E. Containing Ten acres 
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging to have
and to hold the same unto the said G.D. Younglove 
& Son in fee simple absolute forever Provided
however and these presents are upon this express
consideration that if the said Jacob Pierce and Rebecca
Pierce their heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay
or cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted
to be paid by said note together with the interest
to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof
then this obligation shall become null and void
else to remain in full force and virtue and it
is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said
Jacob Pierce and Rebecca Pierce will pay all exp-
enses costs and attorneys fees which the said G.D. Young
love & Son may be put to in enforcing the collection of
the aforesaid sum of money covenanted to be paid
by said note by foreclosure or otherwise In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affix
ed our seals on this 28th day of February AD 1883.
