Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on
this the 2nd day of March AD 1883, personally Came before
me an acting Notary Public Francis Burnett wife of
Peyton Burnett who upon an examination by me held separate
and apart from her husband acknowledged that
she did make sign seal and deliver the foregoing
deed of Mortgage and acknowledgement freely volun
tarily and without my compulsion constraint apprehen
sion or fear of or from her said husband and that
said conveyance is indebted as a renunciation and 
relinquishment of all her right of dower in the property
thereby conveyed witness my hand and seal this the
2nndday of March AD 1883     }
