and examined by me separate and apart from her Husb

above and foregoing Deed of Mortgage for the uses and
purposes therein contained & expressed without any com
-pulsion constraint and apprehension or fear of or from her
said Husband, and further that the property therein Mort
-gaged is her own separate State and property and the
money advanced or to be advanced was and is for the
benefit and advantage of her said separate Estate,
