Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that whereas Sallie Harrold and Thomas Harrold of the
above State and County is indebted to S.R. Barnes of
the same State and County in the sum of seventy
five dollars which said sum is covenanted to be paid
by one certain promissory note bearing date with
these presents and for the said sum of seventy five
dollars having interest at the rate of one per cent per
month from date now therefore to better secure the pay
ment of said note and interest as expressed therein
we do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said S.R. Barnes her heirs and assigns all my
right title interest and claim of in and to all the crops
of whatsoever species kind or description now growing
or which may hereafter be planted grown or gathered
