SW1/4 of Sec 29 T 9 S R 18 East containing Eighty
acres and one Gray mule called Dolly To have and
to hold all and singular the crops lands and personal
property above bargained and sold unto the said S.
R. Barnes heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever Provided nevertheless that if the said Sallie Harrold
and Thomas Harrold should well and Truly pay or cause
to be paid unto the said S.R. Barnes the full amount
of said note Together with the interest according to its
tenor and effect then this instrument to be void Else to
remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby further
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said Sallie
Harrold and Thomas Harrold will pay therefore all attorney
fees Charges and expenses In witness whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals this
fifth day of March AD 1883.

This indenture made and entered into this 7th day of
February AD 1883, between Henry Murry and Susan
A. Bauknight witness that the said Murry for and
in consideration of the sum of seventy seven
dollars & fifty cents to him paid the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged have granted barga
ined and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey to the said Bauknight
one dark Bay filly Brand B on the fore
shoulder and her future increase also all the
crops of corn and cotton &C that I may raise
