the year 1883, on the Howard place to have and to
hold to the said Bauknight her heirs and assigns
together with all my right and Title whatsoever in
the same the condition of these instruments of writing
is that if I the said Murry shall pay to me two
certain promissory notes dated February 7st 1883, one
for Sixty two dollars and fifty cents and payable on
1st day of November 1883, and one for the sum of
Fifteen dollars and payable on the 1st day of October
1883 according to the tiner and effect thereof then
this instrument to be void otherwise to remain in full
force and virtue witness my hand and seal this

County of Chester     } Know all men by these presents that I
Rebecca H. Bartram for and in consideration of the payment in
full of a certain Mortgage executed to me by Wm Richards on the
1st day of October AD 1881 (which said mortgage is duly recorded in
Mortgage Book "E" of the Public Records of Alachua County Florida
at Pages 877 & 878 thereof) I have this day released relinquished
and cancelled the said Mortgage from all claim or interest which I
have in the same Hereby authorizing the Clerk of the Circuit
Court to mark the same cancelled of Record In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this 2nd day of
March AD 1883
