Ann E. Cox and Husband To H.C. Parker
"Mortge"
This Indenture made the 8th day of August AD 1882 Between Ann
E. Cox and R.A. Cox her husband Parties of the first part and H.
C. Parker party of the second part all of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida. Whereas the parties of the first part is Justly
indebted to the party of the second part in the sum of Sixty Dollars
(6000} lawful money of the United States of America for the payment
of which the said Parties of the first Part did make on the 8th
day of August 1882 A certain promissory note for $6000 Sixty dollars
with interest at 10 pr ct from date due on the first day of January
AD 1883 payable to H.C. Parker or Bearer now this indenture Witnesseth
that the said sum of money mentioned in the above described note and
to secure the said party of the second part against any loss
whatever and also for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargain-
ed sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said Party of the second Part and
to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known and described as follows viz
The south West Quarter of the SEast Quarter and the south East
Quarter of the South West Quarter Section number Twenty Six
Township Seven South of Range Number Nineteen East also the North
East Quarter of the North West Quarter Section number Thirty
five Township seven South of Range Numer Nineteen East
containing one hundred and twenty acres all Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest dower and
right of dower separate estate property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances to have and to hold
the above granted and described premises unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to him and
his own proper use benefit and behoof forever Provided
always and these presents are on this express condition that
if the said parties of the first part heirs executors or administra-
tors shall well and truly pay unto said party of the second part his
heirs assigns or administrators the said sum of money above mentioned
and described promissory note and interest that may accrue
according to the meaning and intent thereof together with
