Alachua County } Whereas Sarah Elizabeth McAllister
of Washington in the District of Columbia is justly
indebted to F.R. Warner of Jacksonville in the County
of Duval and State of Florida in the sum of Four hun
dred dollars which said sum of money is covenanted to
be paid by two certain promissory notes bearing even date
herewith one for the sum of two hundred dollars payable
in six months from its date and one for two hundred dollars
payable one year from date thereof the said promissory
notes bearing interest at five per cent per annum and where
as she being desirous of fully and better securing the
payment of said note and the sum of money mentioned
therein therefore know all men by these presents that I Sarah
Elizabeth McAllister of the City of Washington in the District
of Columbia for and in consideration of the premises and of the
sum of one dollar to me in hand paid have granted bar
gained and sold and by this presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said F.R. Warner of the County
of Duval and State of Florida and to his heirs and
assigns all the following described piece parcel or Tract
of land to wit The north west quarter of the south
East quarter and all of the South west quarter of the
south west quarter lying north of the Transit Rail
Road in section 36 Township 10 south of Range 18 Wast
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida Together with all and singular the tenements here-
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to
hold the same unto the said F.R. Warner his heirs and assigns
in fee simple absolute forever Provided however and these
presents are upon this express consideration that of the said
Sarah Elizabeth McAllister her heirs or assigns shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of
money covenanted to be paid by said notes Together with
the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor
