Robert Wheeler to R.A. Peck

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
on this third day of February AD 1883. Witnesseth that Robert
Wheeler in consideration of the sum of Thirty nine dollars
already advanced by and now due to R.A. Peck by him the
said Robert Wheeler the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and for the further consideration that the said R.A. Peck shall
and will make such further reasonable amount of advances in
provisions merchandise and plantation supplies as may be neces
sary to enable the said Robert Wheeler to make harvest and prepare 
for market his crops of all kinds during the year AD 1883, such further
advances not to exceed Twenty dollars and for the further consid
eration of one dollar in hand paid by these presents doth grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said R.A. Peck and to his heirs and assigns
all the right title interest and claim of Robert Wheeler the said
R.A. Peck heirs executors and administrators of in and to all the
crops of whatsoever species kind or description now growing
or which may hereafter at any time in the future be planted
grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit in or off
of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida until the debt hereby
secured with interest is fully paid also the following described
property to wit: All oxen Cattle Hogs and stock of every species
also all land and stock that I now own or may hereafter
own To have and to hold all and singular the crops land and
personal property above bargained and sold unto the said R.A. Peck
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever Provided neverthe
less that if the said Robert Wheeler should well and truly pay or
cause to be paid unto the said R.A. Peck the full amount of the
advances heretofore made and hereafter to be made with the charges
for commissions and interest on the same then this obligation
to be void else to remain in full force and virtue and it is further
agreed that all mounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are
due and payable upon delivery of the goods therefor and shall bear
interest accordingly and that this instrument may be enforced at any
time at the option of the said R.A. Peck and it is hereby further
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this ins
trument by legal proceedings the said Robert Wheeler will pay
therefor all attorneys fees charges and expenses In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this third day of
Feb" AD 1883.
