Bradford County } This indenture made and entered into on this
16th day of January AD 1883,You said witnesseth that John Hill in consider
ation of the sum of Thirty & fifty hund" dollars already advanced
by and now due to Rufus A. Peck by him the said John Hill
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the further con
sideration that the said Rufus A. Peck shall and will make such
further reasonable amount of advances in provissions merch
dise and plantation supplies as may be necessary to enable the
said John Hill to make harvest and prepare for market his
crops of all kinds during the year AD 1883, such further advances
not to exceed 65.00 dollars and for the further consideration
of one dollar in hand paid by these presents doth grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Rufus A. Peck and to his
heirs and assigns all the right title interest and claim of John
Hill the said Rufus Peck heirs executors and administrators
of in and to all the crops of whatsoever specie kind or descrip
tion now growing or which may hereafter at any time in the
future be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for my
benefit in or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
until the debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid also the
following described property to wit one bay horse buggy &
Harness and all lands titles of lands ocupied or held by me
& also all stock of any description or species & all property
of any description that I now own or may own hereafter
To have and to hold all and singular the crops lands and person
al property above bargained and sold unto the said Rufus
A. Peck heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided nevertheless that if the said John Hill should
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Rufus
A. Peck the full amount of the advances hereafter made
and hereafter to be made with the charges for commission
and interest on the same then this obligation to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue and it is further
agreed that all mounts heretofore and hereafter advanced
are due and payable upon delivery of the goods therefor
