and shall bear interest accordingly and that this instru
ment may be enforced at any time at the option of the said
Rufus A. Peck And it is hereby further agreed that should it
become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings
the said John Hill will pay therefor all attorneys fees charges
and expenses In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand

        Frank Jones to Rufus Peck

Alachua County   } This indenture made and entered into
on this 25th day of January AD 1883, witnesseth that Frank
Jones in consideration of the sum of sixty three dollars already
advanced and now due to R.A. Peck by him the said
Frank Jones the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and
the further consideration that the said R.A. Peck shall and
will make such further reasonable amount of advances 
in provissions merchandise and plantation supplies as
may be necessary to enables the said Frank Jones to make
harvest and prepare for market his crops of all kinds during
the year AD 1883, such further advances not to exceed 25.
dollars and for the further consideration of one dollar
in hand paid by these presents doth grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said R.A. Peck and to his heirs and
assigns all the right title interest and claim of Frank Jones
the said R.A. Peck heirs executors and administrators of
in and to all the crops of whatsoever species kinds or descrip
tion now growing or which may hereafter at any time in
