the future be planted grown or gathered by me or for me 
or for my benefit in or off of any and all lands in Alachua
County Florida until the debt hereby secured with interest is fully
paid also the following described property to wit: All horses Cattle
mules and hogs and all stock of every description and species
that I now own or may hereafter own To have and to hold all
and singular the crops lands and personal property above
bargained and sold unto the sad R.A. Peck heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever Provided nevertheless that
if the said Frank Jones should well and truly pay or cause to
be paid unto the said R.A. Peck the full amount of the adv-
ances heretofore made and hereafter to be made with the charges
for commissions and interest on the same then this obligation
to be void else to remain in full force and virtue and it is further
agreed that all mounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are
due and payable upon delivery of the goods therefor and shall
bear interest accordingly and that this instrument may be
enforced at any time at the option of the said R.A. Peck
and it is hereby further agreed that should it become necessary
to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said Frank
Jones will pay therefor all attorneys fees charges and expenses
