of the advances heretofore made and hereafter to be made
with the Charges for Commissions and interest on the Same
then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force
and Virtue And it is further agreed that all amounts here-
tofore and hereafter advanced are due and payable upon
delivery of the goods therefor and shall bear interest accordingly
and that this instrument may be enforced at any time
at the option of the said Sarah R. Barnes. And it is hereby
further agreed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said Jacob Walker
will pay therefor all attorneys fees Charges and expenses.

Alachua County }Know all men by these presents that
Whereas Martha Rawls of the above State and County is in-
debted to G.D. Younglove & Son of the same State and
County in the sum of one hundred & Sixty dollars which
said sum is covenanted to be paid by a certain promissory
note bearing date March 31, 1882 and for the said sum of
One hundred & Sixty dollars bearing interest at the rate
of ten (10) per Cent. Now therefor to better secure the payment
of said note and interest as expressed therein I do by
these presents grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the
said G.D. Younglove & Son their heirs and assigns all my
right title interest and claim of in and to all the crops
of whatsoever species kind or description now growing
or which may hereafter be planted grown or gathered
