dollars already advanced by and now due to Rufus A.
Peck by him the said Nella Daveis the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged and for the further consideration that
the said Rufus A. Peck shall and will make such further
reasonable amount of advances in provisions merchandise
and plantation supplies as may be necessary to enable the
said Nella Daveis to make harvest and prepare for
market his crops of all kinds during the year AD 1883
such further advances not to exceed fifty dollars and for
the further consideration of one dollar in hand paid by these
presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Rufus A. Peck and to his heirs and assigns all the right
title interest and claim of Nella Daveis the said R.A.
Peck heirs executors and administrators of in and to all
the crops of whatsoever species kind or description now
growing or which may hereafter at any time in the 
future be planted grown or gathered by me or for my benefit
in or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
until the debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid
also the following described property to wit All lands titles
of lands ocupied or held by me & also all horses mules
cattle and in fact all stock of any description & species all
property of any description that I now own or may own
here after To have and to hold all and singular the crops
lands and personal property above bargained and sold unto
the said Rufus A. Peck heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever Provided nevertheless that if the said Nella Daveis should
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Rufus A.
Peck the full amount of the advances heretofore made and
hereafter to be made with the charges for commissions and
interest on the same then this obligation to be void else to remain
in full force and virtue And it is further agreed that all
mounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are due and payable on
delivery of the goods therefor and shall bear interest according
ly and that this instrument may be enforced at any time at
the option of the said Rufus A. Peck And it is hereby further agr-
eed that should it become necessary to enforce this instrument
by legal proceedings the said Nella Daveis will pay therefor
all attorneys fees charges and expenses In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hands and affixed the seal this sixteenth day
of January AD 1883.
