full force and virtue and it is further agreed that all
mounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are due and payable
upon delivery of the goods therefor and shall bear interest acc
ordingly and that this instrument may be enforced at any time
at the option of the said Rufus A. Peck And it is hereby further
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this instru
ment by legal proceeding the said Jack Daveis will pay therefor
all attorneys fees charges and expenses In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal this

                Antny Ross to Rufus A. Peck

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This indenture made and entered into
on this 29 day of January AD 1883 Witnesseth that Antny
Ross in consideration of the sum of 23 36/100 dollars already
advanced by and now due to Rufus A. Peck by him the said
Antney Ross the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and
for the further consideration that the said Rufus A. Peck
shall and will make such further reasonable amount of
advances in provissions merchandise and plantation supplies
as may be necessary to enable the said Antney Ross to make
harvest and prepare for market his crops of all kinds during
the year AD 1883, such further advances not to exceed 25.00
dollars and for the further consideration of one dollar in hand
paid by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Rufus A. Peck and to his heirs and assigns all
the right title interest and claim of Antney Ross the said
R.A. Peck heirs executors and administrtors of in and to
