all the crops of whatsoever species kind or description now
growing or which may hereafter at any time in the future
be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for my
benefit in or off of any and all lands in Alachua County
Florida until the debt hereby secured with interest is fully
paid also the following described property to wit: All lands
titles of lands ocupied or held by me & also all stock of any
description and species and all property of any description
that I now own or may hereafter own To have and to
hold all and singular the crops lands and personal property
above bargained and sold unto the said Rufus A. Peck heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever Provided
nevertheless that if the said Antney Ross should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Rufus A. Peck
the full amount of the advances heretofore made and hereafter
to be made with the charges for commissions and interest
on the same then this obligation to be void else to remain
in full force and virtue and it is further agreed that all
mounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are due and
payable upon the delivery of the goods therefor and shall
bear interest accordingly and that the instrument may
be enforced at any time at the option of the said Rufus
A. Peck And it is further agreed that should it
become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal
proceedings the said Antney Ross will pay therefor
All Attorneys fees charges and expenses In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal this
Twenty ninth day of January AD 1883.
