Bradford County } This indenture made and entered
into on this 17th day of January AD 1883, witnesseth that
Benj Gainey in consideration of the sum of $68.27 dollars
already advanced by and now due to L.B. Peck by her
the said Benj Gainey the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and for the further consideration that the
said L.B. Peck shall and will make such further reasonable
amounts of advances in provisions merchandise and plantation
supplies as may be necessary to enable the said Benj Gainey
to make harvest and prepare for market his crops of all
kinds during the year AD 1883, such further advances not
to exceed $2500 dollars and for the further consideration of
one dollar in hand paid by these presents doth grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said L.B. Peck and
to her heirs and assigns all the right title interest and
claim of Benj Gainey the said L.B. Peck heirs executors
and administrators of in and to all the crops of whatsoever
species kinds or description now growing or which may
hereafter at any time in the future be planted grown
or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit in
or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
until the debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid
also the folowing described property to wit All lands
titles of lands ocupied or held by me and also all
stock of every description and species and all
property of any description and species that I now
own or may hereafter own To have and to hold
all and singular the crops lands and personal
