kinds during the year AD 1883 such further advances not to exceed
$1400 and for the further consideration of one dollar in hand paid by these
presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said R.A. Peck
and to his heirs and assigns all the right title interest and claim
of Adam Thomas the said R.A. Peck his executors and adminis
trators of in and to all the crops of whatsoever species kinds or descri
ption now growing or which may at any time in the future be planted
grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit in and off of
any and all lands in Alachua County Florida until the debt hereby
secured with interest is fully paid also the following described
property to wit: all lands ocupied or owned by and also all stock
of every description and species owned by me and all property
that I now own or may hereafter own To have and to hold all
and singular the crops lands and personal property above bar
gained and sold unto the said R.A. Peck heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever provided nevertheless that
if the said Adam Thomas should well and truly pay or
cause to be paid unto the said R.A. Peck the full amount of
advances heretofore made and hereafter to be made with the charges
for commission and interest accordingly and that this instrument
may be enforced at any time at the option of the same R.A. Peck
and it is further agreed that should it become necessary to inforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said Adam Thomas will pay
therefor all attorneys fees charges and expenses In witness whereof
I hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal this 17 day
