by me or for me or for my benefit on or off of any and all
lands in Alachua County Florida. Also the following described
property to wit: One Cream Colored horse with black mane
and tail about Eight years old and known by the name
of Buckskin - Also (15) fifteen head of Cattle and also
one Black mare mule To have and to hold all and
Singular the Crops lands and personal property above
bargained and sold unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son
their heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided nevertheless that if the said Martha Rawles
should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
said G.D. Younglove & Son the full amount of said
note together with the interest according to its tenor and
effect then this instrument to be void else to remain in
full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed
that should it become necessary to enforce this instru-
ment by legal proceedings the said Martha Rawles will
pay therefor all attorneys fees charges and expenses.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal this 31st day of March AD 1882

day of AD 1882 between Lucy Wright & York Wright of the County
of Alachua and State aforesaid and party of the first part
and J.W. Williams party of the above place party of the
second part. Witness: the said Lucy Wright & York Wright
for and in Consideration of One dollar to them in hand
