      J.R. Crawford to Isabella S. Veeder
               "Release of Mortgage"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Whereas I James R. Crawford am the owner
and controller of a certain Indenture of mortgage originally
made by Isabella S. Strickland now Isabella S. Veeder to
Wittie Bros of Charleston So Ca in which is embraced
all that lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and being
in Alachua County Florida and described as follows to wit
The west half of Lot number Eleven (11) of map made and drawn
by W.C. Miller C.E of servey of section sixteen township Ten
south, Range Twenty east on file on records of said County
Said land containing Twenty acres more or less and whereas
the said Isabella S. Veeder & her husband, Jacob C. Veeder have
sold and conveyed the said lot or tract of land to one S.F. Halliday
now therefore know all men by these presents that for and in
consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me paid by the said
Isabella S. Veeder I have this day released and do hereby release
all and every the lein and encumbrance of the said mortgage
upon the said land and do hereby quit claim to the said
S.F. Halliday all my right title and interest therein
Witness my hand and seal this 3 day of March AD 1883
