and void else to remain in full force and virtue
and it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that
the said L.E. Chestnut will pay all Expenses costs and
attorneys fees which the said H.F. Dutton &Co may
be put to in enforceing the collection of the aforesaid
sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise, In witness whereof I

Mrs L.E. Chestnut wife of L.E. Chestnut the grantor in
the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said conveyance for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all her right
of dower in and to the land in said conveyance describ
ed and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband
