Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I John M. Taylor of Gainesville in Alachua County
State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum
of one thousand Dollars to me cash in hand paid
by George T. Ross of South Dover Street of New York
the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge have bargained
sold assigned transferred and set over; and by these
presents grant bargain sell assign transfer and set
over to him the said George T. Ross that certain Mort
gage and the Note for $100000 secured thereby made
and delivered to me by R.F. Taylor and Amelia E.
Taylor and dated the 19th day of February AD 1883
covering real estate in Gainesville Alachua County
