Augustus Kirkham partner in said firm Do hereby certify
That a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the
twenty fourth day of October one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty two made and executed by F.W. Fontain and
B.W. Fontane of the town of Micanopy Alachua County State
of Florida to secure the payment of these promissory notes one
for two hundred and sixty nine Dollars one for Two hundred
and sixty nine 13/100 Dollars and one for Two hundred and sixty
nine Dollars and recorded in the office of The Circuit Court
in and for the County of Alachua aforesaid in Liber "F"

in the year one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two,
is Paid and do hereby consent that the same be discharged
of Record Dated the ninth day of March 1883.

foregoing and annexed satisfaction of mortgage by
him sealed and subscribed and he acknowledged the
execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the use
and purposes therein mentioned and set forth and further
acknowledged the execution thereof to be with the consent and
authority of the aforesaid firm of St John Kirkham & Co
