M.J. Harroll agent and to his heirs and assigns all
the right title interest and claim of myself the said
Reuben Baskins heirs executors and administrators of in and
to all the crops of whatsoever species kind or description now
growing or which may hereafter at any time in the future
be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for my ben
efit on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
until the debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid also
the following described property to wit one Grey mare 11
years old one ox Three cows & calves marked in each ear
with the figure 7 To have and to hold all and singular the
crops lands and personal property above bargained and sold
unto the said M.J. Harroll agt heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever Provided nevertheless that if the said Reub
en Baskins should well and truly pay or cause to be 
paid unto the said M.J. Harroll agt the full amount
of the advances heretofore made and hereafter to be made
with the charges for commissions and interest on the same
then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force and
virtue And it is further agreed that all amounts heretofore
and hereafter advanced are due and payable upon del
ivery of the goods therefor and shall bear interest according
ly and that this instrument may be enforced at any time
at the option of the said M.J. Harroll agt And it is here
by further agreed that should it become necessary
to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said
Reuben Baskins will pay therefor all attorneys fees cha
rges and expenses In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal this 16th day of
March AD 1883.                 }
