Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
I Jerry Baukman of the County of Alachua & State
of Florida in consideration of the sum of one hundred &
fifty dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs S.F. Jackson of the
County of Alacua & State of Florida the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge do give to said Mrs S.F. Jackson
a lein or mortgage on my house & improvements or my place
in the town of Archer to be held my Mrs S.F. Jackson until
said amt is paid in witness whereof I the said Jerry Baukman
have hereunto set my hand & seal this the 15thday of March
1883, signed sealed & delivered in presence of

Alachua County } Before the subscriber a Justice of the
Peace in and for said County personally came W.K. Powell to
me well known who being duly sworn acknowledged that
he and E.L. Young witnessed the execution signing and
delivery of the within instrument by Jerry Baug
hman and his wife Ann Baughman for the purposes
and uses therein contained Sworn to and subscribed before
me this the 15th day of March AD 1883.

Alachua County } Whereas on this 23d day of June 1882 I W.
L. Finger being justly indebted to John S. Camp B.F. Camp
C.R. Camp and J. Camp Trading under firm name of Camp Brothers
of same County & State in sum of six hundred ($600)
dollars which said sum of moneys covenanted to be paid by
a certain promissory note bearing even date herewith one
for the sum of six hundred Dollars Payable to the order of
Camp Brothers Twelve months after date thereof and whereas
I am desirous of fully and better securing the payment of said
note and the sum of money mentioned therein Therefore know
all men by these presents that W.L. Finger & S.F. Finger his
wife (who joins in this mortgage for the purpose of relin
quishing her Dower} for and in consideration of the premises
