and of the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the Camp Brothers his heirs and assigns
all the following described piece parcel or tract of land to wit
situated lying and being in Alachua County Florida & known as
all of that fractional section of land lying on the northwest
side of the A.G. and W.I. Co RR and being a part of lot Eight
section six (6) Township nine Range Twenty one East and
containing eight acres more or less Also all that certain tract
or parcel of land situated or lying and being in the said County
of Alachua & the State of Florida & known and described
on the maps of said County as a fractional part of the
south West quarter of the North East quarter of section six
Township nine south Range Twenty one East containing
one and one third acres of land SW1/4 of NE1/4 Sec 6 T9
N R 21 E) more particularly described by a line begin
ning at a stake sixty feet from railroad and north 
of it upon the line of said SW1/4 of NE1/4 and running
S 47° W one hundred and fifty two feet thence north
Two hundred and fifteen feet thence W 44° E three
hundred and Twenty four feet to said East line then
following said line Three hundred & Ten (310) feet to start
ing point. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and
to hold the same unto the said Camp Brothers and to their
heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
Provided however and these presents are upon this
express consideration that if the said W.L. Finger his
heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note To
gether with the interest to accrue thereon according to the
legal tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null
and void else to remain in full force and virtue And it is
hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said W.L.
Finger will pay all expenses costs and attorney's fees Which
the said Camp Brothers may be put to in enforcing
the collection of the aforesaid sum of money covenan
ted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or otherwise
