east containing eighty (80) acres more or less & lying adjacent
to the foregoing lands Also lots seven (7) eight (8) Twelve (12) &
one (1) in section Twenty four (24) containing one hundred and forty
(140) acres more or less, being in the County of Sumpter &
State of Florida. Together with all and singular the tenement
hereditament and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining To have and to hold the above granted premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever and the said party of the
first for himself and his heirs executors and administrators
doth covenant with the said party of the second part her
heirs executors administrators and assigns that he is lawfully
seized of the said premises in fee simple and have good
right to sell and convey the same to said parties of the second
part and that said premises are free and discharged from all
taxes tax titles or certified Judgements mechanics liens and
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that they will and
their heirs shall warrant and defend the same to the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever agains
the lawful claims and demands of all persons. Provided always
and these presents are upon this express condition that if the
said party of the first part his heirs executors or administrators
shall pay to the said party of the second part their executors
administrators or assigns his certain promissory note of which
the following is a true copy.

be void and the estate hereby granted shall cease and
