east containing eighty (80) acres more or less & lying adjacent
to the foregoing lands Also lots seven (7) eight (8) Twelve (12) &
one (1) in section Twenty four (24) containing one hundred and forty
(140) acres more or less, being in the County of Sumpter &
State of Florida. Together with all and singular the tenement
hereditament and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining To have and to hold the above granted premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever and the said party of the
first for himself and his heirs executors and administrators
doth covenant with the said party of the second part her 
heirs executors administrators and assigns that he is lawfully
seized of the said premises in fee simple and have good
right to sell and convey the same to said parties of the second
part and that said premises are free and discharged from all
taxes tax titles or certified Judgements mechanics liens and
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that they will and
their heirs shall warrant and defend the same to the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever agains
the lawful claims and demands of all persons. Provided always
and these presents are upon this express condition that if the
said party of the first part his heirs executors or administrators
shall pay to the said party of the second part their executors
administrators or assigns his certain promissory note of which
the following is a true copy.

                  One year after date I promise to pay
to Edna A. Pearson or order at the office of E.F. Brown
in St Johnsbury Vermont One Thousand $1000 dollars
with interest at the rate of Ten (10) per cent per annum
from date until paid. Value received Interest payable
semi annually on the first day of July & January of
each year Principal to become due on failure to pay
interest as aforesaid and interest to draw interest after due
at the same rate as principal

all the moneys secured by this mortgage at the time and
in the manner herein specified then these presents shall
be void and the estate hereby granted shall cease and
determine And the said party of the first part for him
self and his heirs executors and administrators doth
