Robert Marshal To Henry Vinzant
           "Mortgage"
I Robert and Mariah Marshal being indebted to Henry Vinzant
of Columbia County Florida for advances made and to be made
to enable me to plant and farm in Alachua County during
the year 1882. Now to secure said advances I hereby Bargain Sell
and Deliver unto the said Henry Vinzant his heirs and assigns
forever all the Crops of what kind Soever grown planted or
cultivated by me or which may hereafter at any time in the 
future be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for
my benefit on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County
Florida until the debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid
Also the following described property to wit: For one dollar to
me^in^hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of the
present the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge one Bay mare
13 years old also a Certain Tract of land known as the NW1/4 of
SW1/4 and SW1/4 of NW1/4 in Sec 25 Township 7 Range 17 S & E Containing
Eighty acres more or less and all improvement to said
Land To have and to hold the above described property unto
the said Henry Vinzant his heirs and assigns forever. Pro-
vided However, That I my heirs or assigns Shall and do well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Henry Vin-
zant his heirs or assigns by the first day of November
next the sum of all such advances as may then be due
as aforesaid to the mount of Eighty five (85) dollars and
in Case of Foreclosure I will pay all costs including
Complainants attorneys fee then the estate hereby Credited
shall determine. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
affixed my hand and seal this 29th day of March
