or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit on
or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Fla
until the debt hereby secured is fully paid with interest
and this instrument is to have the full favor and effect
of a mortgage and a lien under the provissions of Chapter
1739 Laws of Florida Entitled an act to enable indigent
persons to obtain Credit and Secure the lender to have
and to hold all and singular the crops above bargained
and sold unto the said firm of Turner & Butler and to
their heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided nevertheless that if the said Eli B. Rogers shall well
and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Turner
& Butler the full amount of the advances made heretofore
and hereafter until their Charges for Commissions and int
erest on the same then this obligation to be void else
of full force and virtue and it is hereby further agreed
that all amounts heretofore and hereafter advanced
are due and payable upon delivery of goods therefor
and shall bear interest accordingly and that this
instrument may be enforced at any time at the option
of the said Turner & Butler and it is hereby further ag
reed that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said E.B. Rogers
will pay therefor all reasonable attorneys fees and ch
arges In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
