the same are vested the parties of the first part by
& under conveyances party of the second part Provided
always and these presents are upon this express con-
dition that if the said S.D. Tillman his heirs executors &
administrators shall well and truly pay unto the said party
of the second part his heirs executors and assigns the
said promissory note according to the terms here intended
and meaning thereof that These presents & estate hereby
granted shall cease determined and be absolutely
null & void and Witness whereof the said parties of the first

acknowledged to me that he executed the foregoing
Mortgage Deed.

Alachua County   } Know ye whom it may concern that
I Della Tillman wife of S.D. Tillman separate and apart
from my husband acknowledges & declare in the Presence
of D.C. McIntosh Judicial officer of the State of Florida
that I did make relinquish a party to and executed
the foregoing mortgage deed for the purpose of
relinquishing my right of Dower in and to the said
land in the said deed described so far as this Deed
of mortgage is concerned and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was and is made freely
and voluntarily without any compulsion apprehension
or fear of my said husband witnesseth my hand & seal
this the 18th day of May AD 1881.
