       J.S. Martin To E.W. Agnew & Co
              "Mortgage"
Now the condition of this obligation is such that if the said
James S. Martin does well and truly pay or cause to be paid
the sum of Seventy five dollars with fifteen percent interest
per annum from March 3 according to the tenor and effect
of his certain promissory note in favor of the said E.W.
Agnew & Co dated March 3 1883, and his current account
with the said E.W. Agnew & Co during the year AD 1883,
and also all expenses that may or shall accrue in the event
of the foreclosure of this mortgage lawyers fees and costs of Court
included then and in that event this indenture to be null
and void otherwise to remain in full force and effect In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
the 3d day of March AD Eighteen hundred and Eighty

of the State of Florida came in person J.D. Williams one of the
Subscribing witnesses to the foregoing mortgage who on his
oath says that he together with A.L. Smith witnessed the
execution of the same for the purpose therein expressed.

that I James S. Martin of the State of Florida and Coun
ty of Alachua for and in consideration of the sum
of five dollars to me paid by E.W. Agnew & Co the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold released and by these presents do grant bargain
sell release and confirm unto Enoch W. Agnew and Sam-
uel Agnew partners under the firm name of E.W. Agnew
