the following described property towit That certain
piece parcel or tract of land lying and being in the
aforesaid State of Florida and County of Alachua known
and described as the south west quarter of the South
east quarter of section Ten in Township Twelve south
of Range Twenty two East, containing forty 20/100 acres
Together with All and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise app
ertaining to him and to hold the above described property
unto said firm parties and their heirs and assigns forever
Now the conditions of this obligation is such that of the
said James S. Martin does well and truly pay or cause to
be paid the sum of Seventy five dollars with fifteen
pr cent interest per annum from March 3 according to
the tenor and effect of his certain promissory note in favor
of the said E.W. Agnew & Co dated March 3 1883, and his
current account with the said E.W. Agnew & Co during the
year AD 1883, and also all expenses that may or shall accr
ue in the event of foreclosure of the mortgage lawyers
fees and costs of Court included then and in that event
this indenture to be null and void otherwise to remain in
full force and effect In testimony whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this the 3d day of March AD
