Alachua County   } Whereas I Henry D. Moulton of Taunton
Massachusetts am justly indebted to Annie L. Barton of
Alachua County State of Florida in the sum of six hun
dred and Forty dollars which said sum of money is coven
anted to be paid by two certain promissory notes bearing
even date herewith one for the sum Two hundred and
seventy dollars payable twelve months from the 24th day of
January 1883 with interest at six per cent per Annum and
one for the sum of Two hundred and seventy dollars pay
able Twenty four months from the 24th day of January
1883, with interest at six per cent per annum and where
as I am desirous of fully and better securing the payment of
said notes and the sum of money mentioned therein
Therefore know all men by these presents that I Henry D.
Moulton for and in consideration of the premises and of
the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid have granted bar
gained and sold and by these presents that I Henry D.
Moulton for and in consideration of the premises and of
the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid have granted bar
gained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Annie L. Barton his heirs
and assigns all the following described piece parcel or tract of
land to wit Commencing at the North East corner of Lot
owned by A.W.G. Tarbert Runing south 84 3/4 Dgs West 11
chains and ninety (90) links Thence North Ten (10) chains and
fifty (50) links Thence south 45 Dgs East Twenty (20) and
(27) Twenty seven links Thence south (84 1/2} Eighty four and
a half dgs west (20) Twenty chains and five (5) links Thence
North 5 1/2 Dgs East (5)five chains and fifty (50) links to
