place of departure containing by estimation Thirty Two acres
of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements her-
editaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold
the same unto the said Annie L. Barton her heirs and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever Provided however and these presents
are upon this express consideration that if the said Henry D.
Moulton his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause
to be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by the said Note
together with interest to accrue thereon according to the legal
tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null and void
else to remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby further
agreed and stipulated that the said Henry D. Moulton his heirs
and assigns will pay all expenses costs and attorneys fees which
the said Annie L. Barton her heirs and assigns may be put
to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or otherwise
in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal on this second day of February AD 1883.

E. Moulton wife of Henry D. Moulton the grantor in the forgo
ing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said convey
ance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said Convey
ance described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her voluntarily and with
out any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband         }
