                      Release of Mortgage
Know all men by these presents that I Thomas H.
Barnes for and in consideration of the full and Com
plete payment of the sums of money due on the
Mortgages hereinafter described have released relin
quished quit claimed and forever discharged the
following Mortgages to wit One certain Mortgage
made and executed to me by L.A. Barnes on the
9th day of June AD 1875 for the sum of Fifteen
hundred dollars and recorded in Mortgage
Book "D" public record of Alachua County at pages
38 & 39 also one certain Mortgage made and
executed to me by L.A. Barnes on the First day
of November AD 1877 for the sum of seventy five hundred
dollars and recorded in Mortgage Book "D" public
records of Alachua County on the 6th day of Nov
ember AD 1877 at pages 416 & 417 And also another
certain Mortgage made and executed to me by
S.R. Barnes and L.A. Barnes for the sum of one
Thousand dollars on the First day of January
AD 1880 and recorded on the 29th day of January
AD 1880 in Mortgage Book "E" at pages 264 & 265
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
