and a half 32 1/2 links to the point of beginning and con
taining Five 42/100 acres and lying and being in sec 21 T10
R19 S&E together with all and singular the tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to
the same unto the said Samuel C. Tucker Trustee in
fee simple absolute forever Provided however and these
presents are upon this express consideration that if the said
Godfrey Jerue and P.A. Jerue his wife their heirs or ass
igns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum
of Money covenanted to be paid by said note together with
the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor there
of then this obligation shall become null and void else to
remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby furth
er agreed and stipulated that the said Godfrey Jerue
and P.A. Jerue his wife will pay all expenses costs and
attorneys fees which the said Samuel C. Tucker Trustee
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the afore
said sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise In witness whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this
19th day of March AD 1883.

ing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of
Dower in and to the land in said conveyance descr
ibed and that said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower was done and made by her voluntarily and with
out any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or
