One note for three hundred and fifty dollars dated
19th February 1883 and payable on the 19,sup>th day of February AD
1884 - also one note for three hundred and fifty dollars dated
19th February 1883 and payable on the 19th day of February 1885.
Also one note dated 19th February 1883 for three hundred 
and fifty dollars payable on the 19th day of February 1886.
Also one note for Eleven Hundred and forty two 35/100
dollars dated 19th February AD 1883 and payable on
the 19th day of February AD 1887. Also one note for the 
sum of one thousand and Seventy three 12/100 dollars dated
the 19th day of February 1883 and payable on the 19th day of
February AD 1888 - also one note for the sum of one-
thousand and Three 88/100 dollars dated Feby 19th 1883 and
payable on the 19th day of February 1889 - Also one note
for the sum of Seven hundred and Eighty five 12/100 doll-
ars dated 19th February 1883 and payable on the 19th day
of February 1890. - Now this Indenture witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for the better
securing the payment of the said several sums of
money mentioned in the said notes and also for and in
Consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand
paid by the said parties of the second part at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released Conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
release Convey and Confirm unto the said parties of the
second part and to their heirs and assigns forever all that
tract or parcel of land situated lying in Alachua County
and State of Florida and described as follows that is to
Say Section Three (3) in Township Ten (10) in Range Twenty
(20) Containing Six hundred and forty (640) acres of land be
the same more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenement hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining and the reversion and reversions reminder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also
all the estate right title interest dower and right of dower
separate estate property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the Same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and
To Hold the above granted and described premises unto
the said partys of the second part their heirs and assigns
to their own proper use benefit and behoof forever.
Provided always and these presents are afore on this
express Condition that if the said parties of the first
part shall well and truly pay unto the said parties
