County of Alachua } I hereby Certify that on this Twenty
fifth day of January AD 1882 before me personally,
appeared Emma Whittenburg and Frank Whittenburg 
(husband and wife) and acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing deed of Conveyance for the uses and pur-
poses therein Contained and expressed. And I further Certify
that the said Emma Whittenburg being apart and separate
at the time from her husband did acknowledge under her
hand and seal that she executed the foregoing deed for
the purposes therein expressed and that she joined in the
Said deed for the purpose of relinquishing all Dower and
right of Dower and all interest in and to the premises therein
described and that the said relinquishment and reunciation
of dower and interest was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
