the Second part their heirs executors administrators and
assigns the said Several Sums of money mentioned in
the several notes heretofore mentioned and the interest
on the same according to the true intent and meaning
of said notes and shall also pay all the Costs Charges and
expenses which the Said parties of the Second part
may incur or be put to in Collecting the Same by forecl-
sure or otherwise that then these presents and the estate
hereby granted shall cease determine and be absolutely
null and void And the said parties of the first part
for themselves their executors administrators or assigns
the said Several notes with interest as abovethat the
party of the second part may and all Costs Charges
and expenses as above that the party of the Second
part may incur or be put to Collecting the Same by fore-

executed by me separate and apart from my said husband
and in the presence of O.S. Acee Notary Public in and for
said State and County acknowledge and declare that I
did make myself a party to and executed the fore-
going Mortgage for the purpose of renouncing all my
right of Dower in and to the lands therein described and
granted and that I did the same freely and voluntarily
and without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension
