And whereas I am desirous of fully and better secur-
ing the payment of said Notes and the sum of Money
mentioned therein. Therefore know all men men by these pres-
ents, That I Samuel E. Tucker Trustee as aforesaid for and
in Consideration of the premises and of the sum of one
dollar to me in hand paid have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and Convey unto the said Mary E. Adams her heirs and
assigns all the following described piece parcel or
tract of land to wit: Known and described and particu-
larly designated on a Certain map made by Joseph
Voyle in 1876 as lot Number Eight (8) in Block Two
(2) of the Eastern addition to the town of Gainesville
said map or plat being recorded in deed Book "N"
at page "486" public records of said Alachua
County Florida said lot measuring from East to
West one hundred feet by Two hundred feet North
and South. Together with all and singular the ten-
ements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging. To have and to hold the Same unto the
said Mary E. Adams in fee simple Absolute forever
Provided however and these presents are upon this express
Condition that if the said Samuel C. Tucker Trustee
aforesaid his successor or assigns shall well and
truly pay or cause to be paid the Sum of money Coven-
nanted to be paid by said Notes together with the interest
to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then
this obligation shall become null and void else to rem-
ain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further
agreed and stipulated that the said Samuel C. Tucker
Trustee aforesaid will pay all expenses Costs and
attorneys fees which the said Mary E. Adams may be
put to in enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid Sum
of Money Covenanted to be paid by said notes by fore-
closure or otherwise. In Witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this 31st day
of March AD 1883
