second part his heirs and assigns forever, all the Crops of
Cotton Corn Oats Potatoes &C grown by him during the
year AD 1883 and one(1) Sorrell Horse age 12 yrs formerly
owned by R.M. Parkerson hereby expressly waiving any
and all right of exemption I may be entitled to under
the Constitution and homestead laws of Florida.
To have and to hold the Same unto the said Saml B.
Slaughter party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever and the right and title to said Crops and personal
property and interest therein or either the party of the first part
will forever warrant and defend to the said Saml B. Slaugh-
ter party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
Provided nevertheless that if the said Moses F. Fowler party
of the first part shall on or before the first day of Novemb-
ber AD 1883 well and truly pay to the said Saml B. Slaughter
party of the second part his heirs or assigns the full am-
ount money principal and interest which may be due
by him to the said Saml B. Slaughter party of the
Second part for advances made or to be made by the
said Saml B. Slaughter party of the second part to
Moses F. Fowler party of the first part under the above
stated agreement then this obligation to be void other-
wise to remain in full force and effect. The party of the
first part further agrees and binds himself that in Case
of the foreclosure of this Mortgage to pay all Costs of Court
Attorneys fees included. In testimony whereof the said party
of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the
