to me well known as the wife of Nelson Powers and as one
of the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
Mortgage Deed who being at the time separate and apart
from her husband the said Nelson Powers did then
and there make and execute the the foregoing acknowledgement
her name being with her own hand subscribed and her seal

Know all men by these Presents that whereas I Joe McRae
of the above State and County am indebted to G.K. Broome
of the Same State and County in the Sum of Ninety four dol-
lars together with interest at Now therefore to better Secure said
G.K. Broome in full payment of said note and interest as expressed
I do by these presents grant bargain sell and Convey unto the
said G.K. Broome his heirs and assigns all my right title interest
and claim of in and to all the Crops of whatsoever species
kind or description now growing or which may hereafter be
planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit
on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
Also the following described property to wit: One Bay pony
mare "Pet" bought of said G.K. Broome.
To Have and To Hold all and Singular the Crops lands and
personal property above bargained and sold unto the said
G.K. Broome his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever. Provided nevertheless that if the said Joe McRae
should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
