Know all men by these presents that I James J. Daniel of
Duval County Florida for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Two hundred and Seventy ($27000} Dollars to me
in hand paid by Charles S. Snowden and E.L. Snowden
Columbia County Florida do hereby release and forever dis-
charge that portion of of the SW Quarter of the SW Quarter
of Section 15 Township 10 S R 20 E beginning at a stake
10 Chains North of the SW Corner of Said Section 15,
running thence North 6 Chains to a stake thence East 20 Chains
to a stake thence South 6 Chains to a stake thence West
20 Chains to place of beginning Containing 12 acres more
or less from the operation and lien of a Certain Mort-
gage executed by Charles S. Snowden and E.L. Snowden
partners doing business under the firm name and style of
