to me well known as the wife of Columbus Wilkerson who
being examined by me separate and apart from her husband
acknowledged before me that she renounced and relinquished
all her dower and right of dower in and to the lands described
in the within and that she did Same freely and voluntarily
and without any Constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband
