  Julius Thomas To A.G. Bigelow

Columbia County  } Know all men by these presents that I
Julius Thomas of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida for and in Consideration of A.G. Bigelow
furnishing me with supplies amounting to Seventy
Five dollars (granting to him the said A.G. Bigelow
the privilege of increasing or diminishing said account}
to carry on my farming interest for the year 1883 and the
Sum of one dollar to me in hand paid and my present
indebtedness at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents hath bargained sold and delivered and
by these presents doth grant bargain sell and deliver
to him my black mare "Nell" also all Crops own-
grown or Controled by me during the present year and
I further Covenant that the Same are free from all
other incumbrances in said County and State to have
and to hold the said bargained property to him the said 
A.G. Bigelow and his executors and administrators forever,
hereby warranting and defending the title to the Same
against myself and all other persons whatsoever and
waiving all claims of homestead or other exemptions
to the Same; and I further bind myself to pay all
Costs and damages that may accrue to the said
A.G. Bigelow by a failure on my part to deliver to
him a sufficient amount of the proceeds made
on my farm to reimburse him for the amount
advanced and also for his expenses in recording the
property hired of him to cultivate the same
