Sum of Twenty one Hundred and Thirteen 011/100 Dollars law
-ful money of the United States of America which said sum
is covenanted to be paid by the said Note of the said T.
Harper Bevill for the said sum of Twenty one Hundred and
Thirteen 011/100 Dollars with interest at the rate of 8% per an
-num from date. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for the better securing the pay
-ment of the said sum of money mentioned in said Note
and also for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
to us in hand paid by the party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the reciept whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed, and confirmed and by these presents
does grant bargain sell alien, remise, release, convey and con-
-firm unto the said parties of the second part and their Heirs
and assigns forever, All of Section (7) Seven Township Ten (10)
Range Nineteen (19) and Section 12 Twelve Township Ten(10)
Range Eighteen (18) Containing Twelve Hundred and Eighty
acres of land more or less, Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rent issues and pro
fits thereof And also all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the said party of the first part
of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances. To Have and to hold the above
granted and described premises unto the said parties of
the Second part their heirs and assigns to their own proper
use benefit and behoof forever. Provided always that these
presents are on this express condition that if the said T.
Harper Bevill his heirs, executors, or administrators, shall
well and truly pay unto the said parties of the second part
their heirs executors administrators or assigns the said
Sum of money according to the true intent and meaning
of said above described Note, together with all the costs charges
and expenses which the said parties of the second part
may incur or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure
or otherwise, That then these presents and the estate here
-by granted shall cease determine and be absolutely Null
and void. And the said party of the first part for
himself, and his heirs executors administrators doth
covenant and agree to pay unto the said parties of the
Second part their heirs, executors administrators or
assigns to pay all Attorneys fees and all costs charges
and expenses which the parties of the second part may
incur or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure
