of three years then and from thenceforth it shall be
optimal with the said party of the second part her executors
administrators or assigns to consider the whole of said
principal sum expressed in said note as due and pay-
able. And the said parties of the first part hereby further
Covenant promise and agree to and with the said party
of the second part to pay all taxes and assessments
that may be levied or imposed upon the said premises
and keep the property insured during the Continuance
hereof and to pay all Costs Charges and expenses in Collecting
the moneys hereby Secured and including reasonable Attorneys
fees and Commissions whether Collected by foreclosure
or otherwise; and any and all sums of money paid
out by the said party of the second part by reason of
the default of the parties of the first part to pay the
money so Stipulated or to Comply in any respect with
the Covenants of this mortgage shall own interest at the
Same rate as the principal of Twelve Hundred dollars
in the note aforesaid and said moneys necessarily paid
by the party of the second part shall be secured by this
mortgage. And the said parties of the first part hereby
waive all right of homestead and exemptions granted
by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida.

Mrs Fannie W. Campbell to me well known as the wife
of Robert W. Campbell and as one of the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed did
this day to me on a Separate and private examination before
me taken and made separately and apart from her said
husband acknowledge and declare that she made
herself a party to and executed the Same for the pur-
pose of Conveying her right and title Dower and right
of Dower in and to the lands in said Conveyance des-
cribed and granted and that she executed the Same
to Lydia J. Rexford freely and voluntarily and without
any Constraint apprehension fear or Compulsion of or
from her said husband the said Robert W. Campbell
